Opening Times and Booking.  We are normally open from 10am – 4pm on Wednesdays and on the second Saturday of every month. However, all visits must be arranged at least 3 full working days ahead of your intended visit. Please bring Photo ID (not required for children under 16). Visits by Arrangement. If you are unable to visit on a Wednesday or a Saturday it might be possible to arrange another day but only if volunteer staffing levels permit.

Admission Charge. Admission and car parking is free (although donations are accepted).

Location and Accessibility. The Museum is located at Royal Air Force Halton on the B4009 road, just off the A41 between Tring and Wendover (Sat Nav Ref: HP22 5PG). The A41 is accessible from the M25, Junction 20 (take the A41 North). The Museum is also accessible by Rail and Public Transport. Rail visitors are advised to travel to Aylesbury (Chiltern Line), take a Number 50 Red Rose bus from the Aylesbury Bus Station to Halton Camp (end of route) and then walk (100m) to the Guardroom nearby.
